The short version

We never store the pay you type. It stays in your browser and, only if you choose, in the link you share. Paid customers are known to us by their email address and their purchase. Analytics never carries a salary or a weight in grams.

Who is responsible

Oleg Ovcharenko, reachable at support@gold1350.com, is the controller of the personal data described here. Last updated 14 September 2026.

What we process, and why

Your pay and the result: processed in your browser only, to show the page. If you share a link with "include my exact pay" ticked, the figure is in that link; by default the link carries only the grams and the persona.

Email address, Stripe customer id, purchase and entitlement: when you buy the Journey, to deliver it, to let you restore access, to send the receipt and the welcome mail, and to keep the records the law requires. Legal basis: performance of the contract, and legal obligation for accounting records.

Marketing consent: only if you tick Stripe's box at checkout. You can withdraw it by writing to support@gold1350.com. Legal basis: consent.

Journey progress: which chapters you have finished, so the Journey remembers where you were. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Analytics: page views and product events (for example that a persona was viewed or a chapter completed), with your language, metal, ladder and persona, through PostHog. Before you accept the cookie bar, this is done without cookies and without a persistent identifier; after you accept, a cookie keeps sessions together. Legal basis: consent for the cookie; legitimate interest in understanding use of the site for the cookieless counting.

Error reports: when something breaks, a report with the technical details goes to Sentry. We strip the query string, so a shared figure is not in it.

Visitor counter: the persona reached is counted anonymously (a tally per rank) to show "you earn more than X % of visitors". No identifier is stored with it.

Who else sees data

Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), Vercel and Neon (hosting and database). Each acts under a data processing agreement. Some of them are outside the European Economic Area; transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long

Customer, purchase and consent records: for as long as you have access, then as long as tax law requires. Magic links: fifteen minutes. Analytics: per PostHog's retention, typically one year. Error reports: 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, object to processing, or withdraw consent, by writing to support@gold1350.com from the email you paid with. Deleting your customer record ends your access to the Journey. You may complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

A cookie keeps you signed in after a purchase (g1350_session), one remembers your language, and — only if you accept — PostHog's analytics cookie. Your units preference and the last pay you weighed are kept in your browser's local storage and never sent to us.
